FNAF World is a spin-off title of the Five Nights at Freddy's series created by Scott Cawthon, released in 2016. It completely abandons the night-watch horror gameplay of the original games, transforming into a standalone turn-based RPG. There are no jump scares, designed as a fan-focused adventure RPG.

FNAF World 的故事充满元叙事与隐喻，并不像正传那样直接讲述餐厅谋杀事件。游戏总共拥有多个不同结局，包含正常结局、坏结局、秘密“时钟结局”。解锁全部结局需要玩家探索地图隐藏点位，收集特殊道具。
The story of FNAF World is full of meta-narrative and metaphors. It does not directly tell the restaurant murder story like the main series. The game has multiple endings, including normal ending, bad ending and the secret "Clock Ending". Unlocking all endings requires players to find hidden locations and collect special items.

This title marks a huge style shift for the FNAF series. It was initially released on Steam then quickly removed, later re-released for free. Many players treat it as a fun gift from Scott Cawthon for fans. Breaking away from horror, you control your favorite animatronics to start an adventure. Though not part of the main canon, it contains many metaphors that expand the FNAF lore.
